Short Introduction

Shahriar Kabir is a highly seasoned legal professional with over 27 years of experience in the legal sector. He has prior experience of handling cases, supervising courts, framing claims in criminal cases, and framing arguments in civil matters, possesses the abilities to end the delay in the lawsuit's resolution, including the ability to write judgements with experience and coordinate with the justice provider sector. He has experience producing written statements, plaints, and complaints in both criminal and family processes. Throughout his lengthy career as the presiding magistrate in the cognizance court, he has amassed considerable competence in regard to filing, investigation supervision, cognizance issue hearings, and police report analysis. He is knowledgeable about issues related to human rights, capable of writing about legal and human rights issues, and equipped to manage help lines for civil, family, and criminal matters.

He has a wealth of management experience, particularly in civil and family cases and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He is adept at offering legal counsel and views in both civil and criminal cases. He is an expert at using procedural laws in both civil and criminal contexts. He has dealt with complex and difficult murder cases as a District and Sessions Judge as well as an Additional District and Sessions Judge.
